These Terms govern your use of the Charlotte Humpheryes & Co. Tutors website and tutoring services operated by Charlotte Humpheryes. By creating an account or booking a lesson, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide live online tutoring in Spanish and English via our virtual classroom. Session content, materials, and scheduling are managed by your tutor unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address at registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Payments

Lessons are requested first and reviewed by Charlotte Humpheryes. Once she approves your slot, you pay securely via PayPal from your dashboard; your lesson is then locked in. Prices displayed on the website are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Conduct

Students and parents agree to attend sessions punctually, communicate respectfully, and use the platform only for lawful educational purposes.

Limitation of liability

While we strive for uninterrupted service, we are not liable for technical failures beyond our reasonable control. Our Microsoft Teams fallback protocol is provided as a courtesy backup — see your booking confirmation for details.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
