Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans change. This policy keeps things fair for families, adult learners, and Charlotte Humpheryes's schedule.

Cancelling or rescheduling

• More than 24 hours before: free reschedule or full credit toward a future lesson
• Less than 24 hours before: 50% charge; remaining balance credited to your account
• No-show: full lesson fee applies

Tutor cancellation

If Charlotte must cancel, you will receive a full refund or priority rebooking at no extra cost, plus our sincere apologies.

Refunds

Refunds are processed via PayPal to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. When bundle and monthly plans are introduced, they will be refunded pro-rata for unused lessons only — full terms will be published before they go on sale.

Technical issues

If the integrated classroom fails and the Microsoft Teams fallback cannot restore the session within 15 minutes, you may reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund for that lesson.

Cancel from your student dashboard or email hello@charlottehumpheryes.co.uk with your booking reference.
